About the Role

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. You'll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship, and sharing great moments and memories. Every day will be different, offering varied and rewarding work. Responsibilities include supporting residents with food and drink, following care plans, and providing one-to-one time with residents.
