Job summary

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Care Assistant to help residents enjoy each day with quality care and companionship, assisting with daily living and following care plans. Every day is varied, offering opportunities to develop caring skills and to provide one-to-one support to residents.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. To join us as a Care Assistant you'll need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can‑do approach and excellent communication skills.
