About the Role

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'\u2019ll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. You’ll assist with daily living, provide support and companionship, and help create meaningful moments and memories. The role is varied and rewarding, including activities such as supporting residents with food and drink and following care plans to ensure each resident has one-to-one time.

About You

To join us as a Care Assistant you\'ll need some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach and excellent communication skills.
