Job summary

Barchester is seeking a Care Assistant in Scotland to support residents with daily living and companionship in a welcoming care home. You will help with meals, personal care, and one-to-one time, contributing to a compassionate environment while following care plans and receiving training to thrive.

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You'll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship and sharing great moments and memories too. It's a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment. To join us as a Care Assistant you'll need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach and excellent communication skills.
