Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents with daily living in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

You will assist with meals, personal care, and activities, following individual care plans to ensure comfort and safety. Training is provided to help you thrive and grow within a rewarding care setting.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve.
