Join the team to make a difference in the lives of individuals requiring care. Competitive pay and numerous benefits offered.
In your role as a Care Assistant at HC-One, you'll value kindness above all. It touches upon every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. As a Care Assistant under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you'll be responsible for the physical and emotional well-being and social needs of our residents. This includes assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and assisting with meals. Your care will come from the heart, ensuring our residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality. You'll be involved in general activities within the care home, helping residents with limited mobility, offering emotional support, or delivering end-of-life care, always prioritizing their well-being.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. It is important that you can recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and undertake additional training as needed. You should also be able to seek advice and report concerns, including escalation if necessary.
