Job summary

Trinity Homecare is looking for caring, reliable Care Assistants to join our visiting team in Bristol and surrounding areas. A full UK driving licence and your own car are required, with mileage paid at 45p per mile and travel time paid between clients.

We offer training and development, a DBS check, uniform, and a refer-a-friend bonus of up to £350. Weekday mornings/evenings and alternate weekends are available, with flexible hours and the chance to make a real difference in people’s lives.

About The Role

Care Assistant - Bristol

£13.80–£16.00 per hour | Paid travel time

Trinity Homecare is looking for caring, reliable people in and around Bristol and surrounding areas to join our visiting care team.

This is a visiting care role, so you’ll need a full UK driving licence and your own car.

When we need you

We’re looking for Care Assistants who can offer:

• Weekday availability across mornings and/or evenings
• Alternate weekends – both Saturday and Sunday. We’ll discuss your availability and how this matches the hours our clients currently need.
• £13.80–£16.00 per hour
• Paid travel time between clients
• Mileage: 45p per mile
• You’ll support clients across Bristol and surrounding areas. As a community-based Care Assistant, you must be comfortable travelling between clients’ homes throughout the local service area.
• What you’ll be doing: You’ll visit clients in their own homes, helping them remain safe, comfortable and as independent as possible. Your visits could include: Companionship and conversation, Personal care and helping clients get ready for their day, Preparing meals and supporting with medication, Shopping and light household tasks, Accompanying clients to appointments or activities, Encouraging independence and wellbeing, Following individual care plans and recording the support you provide.
• Previous care experience is welcome, but it isn’t essential. We’ll provide the training and support you need.
• Caring, patient and compassionate
