Job summary

Cera Care in Burnley is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meals and medication reminders. Your compassion and reliability will help improve wellbeing and independence for those you support.

You will receive training through the Cera Academy, with opportunities to develop core skills and progress along career pathways within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates compassion, patience and understanding in daily care.
• Ability to work with clients and families with empathy.
• Willingness to learn and follow training programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including washing and dressing.
• Help with medications under supervision and household tasks.
• Prepare meals and support domestic activities as needed.
• Provide companionship, reassurance and mood uplift for clients.
