About the Role
  • Deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
  • Assist residents with personal hygiene care, ensuring independence, dignity, and respect.
  • Recognize and understand clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls, and infections, escalating risks promptly.
  • Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting their dignity and individuality.
  • Practice safe systems of work across all tasks.
About You

To succeed, you should embody our values of caring, supportiveness, honesty, respect, and accountability. Experience is not required, as we provide thorough induction and training to build confidence in your role.

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Initiative and respect towards residents and colleagues.
