Duties include:

• Reflect the core values of Home Instead
• Contribute to a positive living environment to enhance a client’s quality of life
• Document daily activities and report any significant changes in a client’s needs or living conditions
• Maintain regular communication with line manager and office staff
• Provide companionship ensuring clients enjoy regular and meaningful social interaction
• Assist with home help tasks such as meal preparation and light housework
• Accompany clients to appointments, local activities, or shopping
• Support clients with personal care such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming to maintain health and independence

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to travel around
• Required to undergo a full DBS check
• No formal care qualifications or experience needed; training provided
• Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, or caring for a loved one is a plus
