We are recruiting a minimum of 4 part-time Care Assistants (female) to provide care and support to people living in Battle Hill (NE28).

If you enjoy making people smile while visiting them in their homes, then a Care Assistant with Be Caring could be the right fit for you. No care qualifications are needed, but the right values are essential. Each day is varied, and a positive attitude is required.

Your working hours will follow our shift patterns, including late shifts and alternate weekends:

  • Week 1: 3 days (7am - 3pm)
  • Week 2: 4 days (7am - 3pm) including weekends

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care that respects dignity

Induction Training:

No prior care experience is necessary. We value transferable skills from roles like retail. Training covers:

  • Nutrition, medication safety, moving and positioning, basic life support
