Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Care Assistant in Wells. This bank role offers flexible hours to cover annual leave and sickness, letting you support residents with warmth and dedication.

You will assist with daily living, meals, hydration, and one-to-one time, following care plans and sharing meaningful moments with residents while training is provided to help you thrive.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve.
