Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Care Assistant to support residents with daily living and companionship across our care home. You will follow individual care plans, assist with meals, and provide one-to-one time to enhance wellbeing.

As a Bank Care Assistant you'll work flexibly to cover annual leave and sickness, with training provided to help you thrive and grow within a respected UK healthcare provider. Compassion and excellent communication are essential.
