Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, meals, and companionship in a Wells care home. You will follow care plans, provide one-to-one time, help with mobility and hygiene where appropriate, and share moments and memories that brighten their day.

With training provided and a flexible shift pattern, you will join a caring team focused on respectful, person-centred care.
