Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Care Assistant to support residents in a care home. You will help with daily living, provide companionship, and follow individual care plans. This role requires empathy, strong communication, and a warm, can-do attitude to ensure residents receive high-quality care.

As a Bank position, hours will vary to cover annual and sick leave. Training and development opportunities are provided to help you thrive within a leading UK healthcare provider.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve.
