ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. You’ll assist with daily living activities, provide support and companionship, and share meaningful moments and memories. This role offers variety and the opportunity to make a positive impact. Responsibilities include supporting residents with their food and drink, following care plans, and providing one-to-one time to residents, allowing you to develop your skills in a meaningful environment.

ABOUT YOU
