Prime Life are on the lookout for passionate and dedicated care professionals to join our friendly team as a Bank Care Assistant.

This role will be based at Seacroft Court in Skegness. The home is registered to provide residential care for 49 residents with a range of age-related health conditions, disabilities, and mental health conditions. Candidates should be patient, understanding, and respectful of residents' individual abilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with personal hygiene and dressing
• Supporting residents during mealtimes and maintaining nutrition and hydration

• Providing companionship and accompanying residents on outings
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Engaging with a multidisciplinary team to promote residents' well-being
• Welcoming family members and assisting with enquiries

Qualifications and qualities:

A genuine caring nature and desire to make a difference are essential. Prior experience is desirable but not required, as full training is provided. Understanding of dementia is beneficial, as many residents live with dementia and other health conditions. Patience, understanding, and respect for individual abilities are crucial.
