Role: Care Assistant - Bank

Pay: £ - £
Location: Bradbury House, Wasdale Rd, Gosforth, Seascale CA20 1AU
Shift Times: Day or night shifts available, 8am - 8pm or 8pm - 8am, on weekdays and/or weekends.

The Role of Care Assistant

This is a casual (bank) position. You will work when required, with the choice to accept or decline offered shifts. As a relief Care Assistant, you will be on the front line of care delivery, helping residents with personal, medical, and social needs. You will build bonds with residents, providing emotional support during difficult times and assisting with daily activities such as washing, dressing, eating, and mobility, always respecting their dignity and independence. You will also contribute to developing and understanding residents’ Care Plans, including any specialist support needs.
