Care Assistant Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, individualized care and support for each resident, promoting and upholding their privacy, dignity, and independence at all times.

Your role is to create a happy, caring, and safe atmosphere; prioritizing residents' needs and offering a wide range of physical, social, emotional, and psychological support tailored to each individual. We respect differences, recognizing that staff and residents will have diverse needs.
