Job Overview

We are seeking talented and caring individuals looking to begin or continue their career in Social Care with us, making a difference to the lives of our residents at Renaissance Care.

Position Details: Experienced Care Assistants are invited to join our team at Malin Court Care Home on bank contracts.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest quality, person-centred care in accordance with Care Plans.
  • Assist residents with all aspects of their care needs, maintaining comfort and dignity.
  • Support residents in retaining their independence and making choices.
  • Engage in activities such as personal care, meal assistance, and social outings.
  • Provide companionship and support to enhance residents' quality of life.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Dedication to providing excellent care and support.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
  • SVQ2 qualification and previous care sector experience are beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided.
Compensation & Benefits

Pay rate: £12.60 per hour.
