Job summary

Fairlie Healthcare is seeking a caring Care Assistant for Fairlie House in West Norwood. You will support patients with personal care, promote dignity, and work closely with the care team to ensure high-quality, compassionate service.

No previous care experience is required; training is provided. DBS check is paid for, and you can join a supportive team with ongoing development and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• DBS check is required (paid for by Fairlie Healthcare)

What You'll Do

As a Care Assistant, you'll provide exceptional person-centred care by:

• Supporting patients with personal care while promoting dignity and independence.

• Working closely with nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team.
