Job summary

Bupa UK is seeking a Care Assistant (Bank) to join our Richmond Drive home in Aston on Trent. You’ll be part of a supportive team delivering person-centred care, aiding independence and respecting resident choice to help them live their best lives.

You’ll help residents with daily living, provide companionship, and monitor changes with a flexible shift pattern. We offer a fully paid induction, DBS and uniform, plus ongoing training and a welcoming, values-driven team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with a high standard of clinical, social and emotional care and recognising and meeting the specific needs of residents
• Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care
