Visiting Angels North Hertfordshire is seeking a part-time Home Care Assistant who drives between clients’ homes. You will provide companionship, assist with personal care and daily tasks to help clients stay safe and independent in their own homes.

You must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a car. The role includes paid travel time, comprehensive training, ongoing guidance, loyalty rewards, and refer-a-friend bonuses, with sponsorship not available.

Pay:£13.25-£19.88 per hour
Mileage:35p per mile

What you'll be doing:
As a Home Care Assistant, you'll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they love most - their own home. Your visits may include:

• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with personal care and daily routines
• Preparing meals and helping with light household tasks
• Supporting with shopping, errands, or local outings

You will never be rushed - ourminimum 1-hour visitsallow you to give thoughtful, meaningful support and build genuine relationships.

What we need from you:

• A driver with a reliable car
• Eligibility to work in the UK (we cannot provide sponsorship)
• A caring, dependable and compassionate nature
• No previous experience required - full training is provided
• Availability forpart-time hours, with flexibility to suit your schedule
