About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in their home. Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
• Support clients in maintaining their independence while ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other team members to provide the best possible care.
• Follow individual care plans and document any changes in clients’ conditions or needs.
• Participate in social activities and engage clients in meaningful conversations to promote emotional well-being.

• Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
• Drive clients to appointments or outings as required.

Skills and Experience
