We are seeking Care Assistants who can work flexibly across our homes in the South East Essex area. This is a bank contract, requiring travel to different locations as needed. A driving license is preferred.

About you:

Experience is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach are vital.

Holding an NVQ Level 1 or 2 in Health and Social Care is advantageous, or you may be willing to work towards it. We support this through fully funded apprenticeships.

You should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the compassion to deliver person-centered care.
