We are looking for Care Assistants who can work flexibly across the South East Essex area. This is a bank contract, requiring travel to different homes as needed. A driving license is preferred.

About you:

Experience is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach are key qualities.

Having an NVQ Level 1 or 2 in Health and Social Care is advantageous, or a willingness to pursue this. We support obtaining this qualification through fully funded apprenticeships.

You should have excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude, and the compassion to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
