About the role:

We are looking for Care Assistants who can work flexibly across our homes in the North Essex area. This is a bank contract, requiring travel to different locations as needed. A driving license is preferred.

About you:

Experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach are key qualities.

Holding an NVQ Level 1 or 2 in Health and Social Care is advantageous or a willingness to work towards it. We support you in obtaining this qualification through a fully funded apprenticeship from external providers.

You should have excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude, and the compassion to deliver person-centered care at the highest standard.
