Job summary

We are seeking Care Assistants who can work flexibly around the Essex and Hertfordshire border. This is a bank contract, requiring travel to various homes in the area on an as-needed basis. A driving license is preferred.

About you:

Experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach are crucial.

Having an NVQ Level 1 or 2 in Health and Social Care is advantageous, or a willingness to work towards it. We support you in obtaining this qualification through a fully funded apprenticeship from external providers.

You should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the compassion needed to deliver person-centered care.
