Location: Abergavenny & surrounding areas • Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts available • Pay Rates: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour

Your Role

As a Care Assistant, you'll be making a real impact every day by supporting people in their own homes. You'll build strong, trusting relationships with clients and help them maintain their independence through a variety of day-to-day support, including:

  • Personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assisting with mobility, including using walking aids or hoists when required
  • Preparing nutritious meals and snacks
  • Running errands, collecting prescriptions, or going shopping
  • Light housework to ensure a safe and comfortable environment
  • Offering companionship—whether it\'s chatting over a cup of tea or supporting hobbies and interests
  • Accompanying clients to appointments or social outings
  • Communicating with the office team to ensure consistent, quality care
