About the Role
To assist clients in assisted living environments, we are looking for a skilled Complex Care Carer. This encompasses those with anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and autism spectrum disorder. Some clients need structured care and support because they might be covered by a Community Deprivation of Liberty Order (DoLS).
The ideal applicant will be skilled in:
- Support for autism and complex care
- Overcoming difficulties with emotional regulation
- Offering compassionate, patient-centered care
