Job summary

Orders of St. John Care Trust is seeking a Care Assistant to work 24 hours per week in one of our care homes. You will support residents with daily routines and personal care, helping to maintain dignity and quality of life in a not-for-profit, resident-focused environment.

We welcome both experienced carers and those new to care. You will receive induction training, ongoing development, and join a supportive team dedicated to compassionate, person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Experience in care preferred or willingness to learn
• Induction training and ongoing development provided
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines and personal care tasks (washing, bathing, helping with toileting)
