Home Carer - Alcedo Care - Full or Part Time - Wrexham

Join our team of Home Carers in Wrexham and surronding areas to help provide care and assist people in their own homes.

This Role Will Include

• Providing personal care (including bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Supporting clients with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques
• Administering and documenting medication
• Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in conditions to our branch teams.
  
  

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
