Job summary

Intelligence Recruitment is seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to support care homes around Worthing. The role involves helping older residents with daily living, mobility, meals, hydration and companionship, in line with care plans.

Applicants should have UK care experience, be DBS-checked (Update Service preferred) and have recent mandatory care training. Shifts include day and/or night hours with agency flexibility.

Pay: £14.00 per hour including holiday pay

Intelligence Recruitment is looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants to support care homes in and around the Worthing area.

We're looking for reliable, caring and professional staff with previous UK care experience who are comfortable supporting older people in residential and nursing care settings.

The role will include:

• Personal care and daily living support
• Assisting with mobility, meals and hydration
• Supporting residents in line with individual care plans
• Providing companionship and reassurance
• Reporting any changes in residents' needs
• Working alongside permanent care and nursing teams
• Maintaining dignity, privacy and independence

What we're looking for:

• Previous UK care experience
• DBS, ideally registered on the Update Service
• Mandatory care training within the last 12 months
