Job summary

Essex Cares Ltd in Worthing is looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to support reablement clients recently discharged from hospital, helping them regain independence at home.

You will work full-time, field-based, delivering personal care, mobility support and meal preparation, with a focus on safe, person-centered care and enabling clients to remain in their own homes.

• Experience in community care or reablement is preferred.
