Your responsibilities include companionship, personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, housekeeping, and mobility support, all delivered with dignity and respect in a locally-based role in Worcester.

Qualifications

• Proficient in effective communication across all levels.
• Demonstrate sincere interest in working with our client group.
• Successfully passed DBS screening.
• Patience, compassion & a positive attitude at all times.
• Engage in vocational training programs and continually enhance skills.

Responsibilities

• Companionship- being a friendly face and preventing loneliness while building relationships with clients.
• Personal care- support with aspects of personal hygiene.
• Medication- collecting prescriptions, providing reminders and administering medication.
• Mealtimes- preparing meals and drinks.
• Housekeeping- keeping the home as the client likes it.
• Mobility- supporting clients to engage with the local community.

Pay Rate - £13.35 per hour plus 35p per mile
