Job summary

Helping Hands is hiring Care Assistants to provide companionship and practical support in clients' homes. No experience needed; full training provided, flexible shifts and mileage paid.

You’ll help with personal care, mobility, medication, household tasks and errands, staying patient and kind. A driving licence and own vehicle are required; join a supportive team with career development and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, meaningful companionship to customers in their own homes.
• Support with personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing and toileting.
• Assist with mobility needs, helping customers stay safe and confident.
• Oversee and administer medication in line with care plans.
• Help with household tasks such as cleaning, cooking and meal preparation.
• Run essential errands, from food shopping to collecting prescriptions.
• Offer calm, considerate support that helps customers feel truly cared for.
