Job summary

Cera Care is seeking caring individuals to join our team as Carers in Marden, Newcastle. The role involves visiting clients in their own homes across Marden, Wallsend and Whitley Bay to provide personal care, medication support and meals, with travel between visits. We welcome applicants with or without prior care experience and offer training.

Driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred. Guaranteed hours are available with 7am-3pm shifts and every other weekend off to support

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence preferred for this community-based role.
• Experience in care or supporting others is beneficial.
• Reliable and compassionate with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, meals and medication as required.
• Visit clients in their own homes across Marden, Wallsend, Whitley Bay and surrounding areas.
• Travel between visits using a vehicle; mileage is paid.
• Support clients to maintain independence and wellbeing with courtesy and respect.
• Utilise Cera Tech to reduce admin and focus on care provision.
