About You

We're looking for kind-hearted individuals who have a passion for making a difference. No experience required; all you need is compassion and a full driving licence. We do not offer sponsorships.

The Role

Care Assistant care staff visit clients and provide support in their own homes. They assist with personal care, meal preparation, medication requirements, and other interesting tasks.

What We Do Differently
  • We provide cars for all our carers, with fuel costs covered.
  • We offer contracts to our care staff, guaranteeing their hours.
  • Standard working patterns – 0700-1400 or 1400-2200.

  • Competitive pay with a base rate of £14.50 per hour on weekdays, with enhancements for unsociable hours.
  • DBS check covered (subject to T&C's).
  • £500 referral bonus for each friend you refer, who joins our team (subject to T&C's).
  • 1 full day of paid induction training to achieve Care Certificate Level, provided by our qualified trainers.
