About You

Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents. This includes assisting with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, dressing, and helping with meals.

You will deliver care with compassion, ensuring residents retain their dignity and individuality. Your involvement may include helping those with limited mobility, providing emotional support to distressed residents, or caring for those at the end of their lives, always prioritizing their well-being.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. It’s essential that you can recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know the procedures for reporting concerns. All staff are required to attend safeguarding training and undertake additional relevant training, seeking advice and escalating concerns as necessary.
