Job summary

Welford Healthcare Ltd is seeking a Care Assistant at The Westbury Care Home in Wiltshire. You will support residents with their daily needs, assist with personal care and mealtimes, and help residents stay independent in a compassionate team environment.

No prior experience is required; full training and development are provided to help you gain qualifications and progress your career.

Qualifications

• Experience isn’t required, but a kind personality is.
• Good written and verbal communication and people skills.
• Team members work alternate weekends.
• Flexibility is important.
• Good IT skills, able to work with electronic devices and/or computer systems.

• Organise and take part in social and recreational activities.
• Assist with residents’ personal care and mealtimes.
• Provide support to help residents maintain their independence.

Hours: Days, Nights or Bank - 22, 33 or 44 per week

Location: The Westbury Care Home, Wiltshire,Warminster Road, Westbury, Wiltshire, BA13 3PR
