Job summary

Agincare is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our care home team in the UK. No experience required, with full training and qualifications funded up to QCF Level 5.

The role offers 48 hours per week, including alternating weekends, with opportunities for progression and a Refer-a-Friend bonus up to £1,000. The Role Of a Care Assistant

About You

• Experience in care is required for this role
• Compassionate, patient and great with people
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship)
• Opportunities Available:
• Care Assistant at 48 hours per week working a mixture of day and night shifts to include alternative weekends
• Four 12 hour shifts per week
• Day shifts are 8am to 8pm and nights shifts are 8pm to 8am
• Bank Care Assistant to have the flexibility to work as and when required to include day, night and weekend shifts
• Day shifts are 8am to 8pm and nights shifts are 8pm to 8am
• Previous experience working within a care home is required for the bank role
