The role of a Care Assistant at Solent Grange Care Home involves providing compassionate care and support to residents in their everyday lives. The home is a 89-bedded, Residential, Nursing and Dementia Care facility, rated 'Good' by the CQC and highly rated by residents on Carehome.co.uk.

Main duties of the job

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and social engagement. You will work closely with the nursing and care team to ensure the residents' needs are met in a safe and dignified manner. The role requires a compassionate and empathetic approach, as well as a commitment to promoting the residents' independence and well-being.
