Job description

Please note that this is a part-time role working 22 hours per week on DAY shifts only, 8am - 8pm. Full flexibility is required.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join our team at the care home. Responsibilities include providing high-quality care, assisting residents with personal activities, and supporting their emotional and social needs under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. The role involves helping residents maintain dignity and individuality, supporting those with limited mobility, and offering emotional support, including end-of-life care.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You must be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know how to respond appropriately. Attendance at safeguarding training is required, along with ongoing professional development.
