Note: This role is for part-time early or late shifts, 24.5 hours/week, and full-time days, 38.5 hours/week, with a 3 days on/3 days off schedule.

You will deliver care that comes from the heart, ensuring residents retain their dignity and individuality. This involves engaging in activities within the care home, supporting those with limited mobility, providing emotional support, and caring for residents at the end of their lives, always prioritizing their well-being.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate actions to take. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training and undertake additional related training, with the ability to seek advice and escalate concerns if necessary.
