Job description

As a Care Assistant, you will support individuals in making choices and living independently, demonstrating the values of the Care and Support Department.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing person-centred care and support according to the care plan, promoting choice and maintaining independence and dignity.
• Prioritising tasks appropriately.
• Ensuring health and safety standards are met.
• Reporting signs of poor practice or abuse.
• Escalating concerns or issues as needed.
• Undertaking key worker duties and building relationships with customers, families, and professionals.
• Complying with CQC standards and Anchor procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Care Assistant.
• Comfortable assisting individuals with personal care.
• Enhanced DBS check (preferably on the update service) for a faster recruitment process.
