Working as a domiciliary care assistant on a guaranteed hours contract, you’ll make a genuine difference to the lives of the people you support. You'll provide hourly care and companionship at a time when people need it the most and all in the comfort of their own home. This isn’t just work. It’s life-changing work.

We’re looking for reliable, experienced carers with a variety of availability across the week and weekends. Our clients are based in Wembley, Ealing, Cricklewood, Brent Cross, Hendon, Harrow, Barnet, Willesden, and Acton.

Please note you must already have the right to work in the UK; we cannot assist with sponsorship or visa requests. If you have experience as a domiciliary carer, healthcare assistant, or have worked in a care home or hospital, we’d love to speak with you about joining our visiting care team.

About the role:

You will visit clients in their homes as a domiciliary carer, with a minimum call time of 1 hour. Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting clients with personal care
  • Managing continence
  • Administering medication
  • Light housework
  • Preparing healthy meals
  • Accompanying clients to appointments and social outings
  • Supporting hobbies and interests
  • Providing specialised care for conditions such as dementia, Parkinson’s, strokes, and end-of-life care

Candidate requirements:

  • At least 6 months’ professional care experience
  • Household management skills
  • Ability to work effectively within allocated time
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
  • IT skills for using computers and online systems
