Job summary

Radfield Home Care in Watford area is seeking a part-time Care Assistant to join our award-winning team. You will provide care in the community, support with personal care, household tasks, medication support and companionship, and travel between clients.

You must drive and have your own vehicle; sponsorship is not available. Working patterns include mornings 4pm–10pm and alternate weekends, with additional morning shifts possible.

Pay & Hours:

At Radfield Home care we pay you for your time with the client but also your time travelling between clients plus mileage.

• £13.00/ hour weekdays, £13.50 / hour weekends.

Travel time is paid at your standard hourly rate plus 45p per mile for mileage

Working Patterns:

We are currently looking for candidates who are available to work mornings between 4pm and 10pm along with alternate weekend availability.

We can also offer additional shifts in the mornings if you are looking for additional hours

Area Covered:

Watford, Rickmansworth, Abbots Langley & Kings Langley (Insert Postcodes) and

surrounding areas .

In your role you will:

Provide care in the community for people who need assistance to live independently within their own homes

Household tasks, medication support and companionship

Induction and Training:

You will complete a 12 week induction and on-boarding programme giving you all the support you need to confidently and safely provide care to our clients.
