• Support and assist people in their own homes to live independently
• Empower individuals to make their own decisions and choices
• Provide personal care support
• Offer physical and emotional support
• Assist with daily living tasks and activities
• Help with healthcare and personal appointments
• Build positive relationships with clients, families, colleagues, and professionals
• Use mobile technology to record and deliver care
• Follow Altogether Care's values and safe working practices
• Travel to nearby areas as required to ensure quality care
