Caremark Dartford, Gravesham & Medway is seeking an evening and weekend Care Assistant to support elderly and vulnerable customers in their own homes in the Dartford, Gravesham and Medway area. Full training is provided and is not a care home.

Applicants must have a full UK driving license and access to a car. Competitive pay of £14.00–£15.00 per hour, zero hours with guaranteed hours available on request, and a supportive team environment are offered.

• No previous care experience required.
• Full training provided.
• Driving license required; must live in/around Dartford, Gravesham or Medway area.

CARE ASSISTANT (EVENINGS & WEEKENDS)

Reports to

Field Care Supervisor

Summary of role

To share with other staff in meeting the personal care and support needs of customers in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes their independence. The care and support provided by Care and Support Workers is expected to include support that would reasonably be given by members of the client’s family and is not to include tasks that would normally be undertaken by a trained nurse.

DRIVING LICENSE REQUIRED - YOU MUST LIVE IN AND AROUND DARTFORD/GRAVESEND/MEDWAY AREA

Competitive Pay: £14.00 to £15.00 per hour - Zero Hour (Guaranteed hours available on request)

To achieve this, full training is provided in all aspects of care, meaning that no previous experience in care is necessary.

£14.00 - £15.00 PER HOUR
