Temporary / Agency Flexible Shifts Available

About the Role:

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our team on an agency basis, supporting residents in a friendly care home environment. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of elderly or vulnerable individuals by providing essential daily care and companionship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting

  • Support mobility and daily activities to promote independence

  • Help with meal preparation and feeding where needed

  • Provide emotional support and companionship

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

  • Report any changes in residents health or behavior to nursing staff

What We re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a care or healthcare setting (Dementia experience preffered but not essential)

  • A caring, patient, and respectful approach

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and nights

  • Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
